What Is the Integrare Inclusive Purchasing Hub?

Launched on August 5, 2025, the Hub de Compras Inclusivas is a private B2B marketplace operated by Integrare, a Brazilian non-profit that connects large corporations with suppliers led by under-represented groups. The platform aims to move the needle on diversity in corporate supply chains — not just in communications, but in actual purchasing contracts.

How Does the Selo Plural Certification Work?

At the core of the hub is the Selo Plural, a certification that validates companies controlled or led by women, Black people, indigenous people, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people with disabilities. To earn it, suppliers must submit self-declarations, corporate documents, accounting records, and tax filings, and complete an interview process. The analysis covers ownership structure, decision-making autonomy, and financial health. The process takes 30 to 60 days, the certificate is valid for two years, and the initial cost is R$ 600.

Why Does This Matter for Corporate Buyers?

Integrare CEO Monica Schimenes says the platform directly targets diversity washing — the gap between companies' diversity messaging and their real procurement behaviour. Major names already using the platform include Bayer, EY, and Grupo Boticário, which rely on the certified supplier base to meet inclusive purchasing targets and diversify their supply chains.

What Are the Growth Targets?

Over its 15-year history, Integrare's network has generated R$ 725 million in commercial transactions between certified suppliers and corporate members. With the new hub, the organisation projects reaching R$ 1 billion by 2028. The current base of 260 certified suppliers is expected to grow by 25% by the end of 2026.
