What is the Orletti Park Log complex?
The Orletti Park Log is a private agribusiness logistics hub under construction in Pinheiros, in the north of Espírito Santo state. The complex will cover 350,000 square metres and is designed to serve companies working in coffee, pepper, fertilisers, fruit packing and other agro-industries active in the region.
Why is an airport part of an agribusiness park?
The project's centrepiece is a 1,100-metre runway capable of handling night flights, plus a hangar for aircraft storage and passenger reception. Developer Thiago Orletti says many clients — including buyers from outside Brazil — skip Pinheiros today simply because there is no suitable landing strip nearby. The runway's asphalt phase is set to begin in August, after which the operators will apply to Brazil's civil aviation regulator ANAC for an operating licence.
Which businesses will move in first?
According to Orletti, the first tenants will include a coffee trading company and a fertiliser firm focused on distribution, blending and manufacturing. Three separate structures are already planned. Future possibilities include a fruit packing house, agro-industrial processing and broader rural commerce.
What is the economic backdrop?
The initiative reflects rapid agricultural growth across northern Espírito Santo, particularly in conilon (robusta) coffee and black pepper. In 2025, Espírito Santo exported US$ 186.2 million worth of goods to the Middle East, with coffee and black pepper leading the way. The first warehouses are nearing completion and operations are expected to begin within weeks.
